Types
Use
The Type field allows specifying the type of the record (is it "bug", "ticket", "defect", "issue", "enhancement" or any other type you create).
Types are complex entities, i.e. they can include Type-specific Categories and Phases to facilitate records classification.
Types are global, which means that they are created at the system level and can be employed in any project.
