Phases
Use
Phases allow referring records (bugs) to specific project stages (e.g. Design, Testing etc.), which allows managers to analyze the problem occurrence across project cycles and helps improving business processes in their teams.
BUGtrack supports both global and type-specific phases. When a record (bug) is created, edited, moved or reassigned, available phases picklist is populated with global and type-specific phases.
Type-specific phases are discussed in the Types maintenance section. This section concerns global phases.
