• Ability to generate advanced custom reports by using XSL template to transform data snapshot.
• Ability to specify report access level.
• Ability to group/breakdown by an individual record in standard reports.
• Ability to filter records right from the "Reports" page without referencing to saved filters.

Minor Update: Version 2.22
Released September 6, 2004

New features available in this version include:

• E-mail notifications logic has been changed. The system notifies the following people on record changes:
  1. All the people related to the record unless they unsubscribe manually.
  2. All the people with "Notify on any records change" authority granted in "Roles", unless they unsubscribe manually.
  3. All the people who manually subscribed notifications.
• "Estimate" changes are stored in the "history log" now to allow tracking date, time, user and value of estimate changes.
• Web-query/Export has been improved for better performance when output large amount of data.

• Third-party software integration: BUGtrack can be integrated with CRMdesk - web-based help desk, customer service and online support software.
• "Search" page is redesigned to allow restricting search for the specified project. By default search is restricted to the active project.
• Administrators can monitor successful and failed login attempts for your BUGtrack account.

Minor Update: Version 2.17
Released February 28, 2004

New features available in this version include:

• "Priority", "Type", "Phase" and "Category" values may be restricted for specified projects. All values are enabled by default.
• Reports graphic has been improved. The following four chart types are now supported: Pie, Vertical Column, Horizontal Bar and Line.
• Ability to transfer users to another "Role" when the "Role" is deleted.

New features available in this version include:

• Ability to turn estimate On/Off on the project level.
• Ability to specify field permissions level in "Roles".
• Ability to specify record permissions level in "Roles" (available in the Professional Edition only).
• Ability to group by "Resolved By" a particular person in "Reports".
• "User Projects" and "Project Users" pages are redesigned to allow a single user's role per project.
