Deleting Records

BUGtrack allows deleting records with any statuses. Deled record is moved to the Recycle Bin, and it is not listed anywhere anymore.

Deleted records can be restored from the Recycle Bin during 30 days.

Procedure – single bug

Step one. Open the closed record’s detail view or mark the record in a list and press the Delete button.

Step two. In the pop-up confirmation window, press OK to confirm deletion or Cancel to cancel it.

Procedure – mass delete

Step one. Select all the records you would like to delete from the list and press the Delete button.

Step two. In the pop-up confirmation window, press OK to confirm the deletion of all selected records or Cancel to cancel it.
