Getting Data Backup

Use

The procedure of creating a backup copy of the system is very simple - a user can perform it by only one action. A created copy is presented as a file of XML format, and can be opened for vieweing right away or stored locally on the computer.

Admin tab – Administration area – Get data backup in XML format (can be quite large) link

Procedure

To obtain a backup copy of the current version of the BUGtrack system, click the Get data backup (can be quite large) link and follow the instructions on the BUGtrack Backup tool page.
