Use
If your company and your partners and customers all have separate bugtrack accounts but are working on some common projects, the Project Sharing feature allows to share these projects only, keeping all other projects private and confidential.
One project can be shared between many accounts.
Project owner manages "Roles", "Areas", "Versions" and "Priorities" for that project.
"User access" and "roles" are managed by each BUGtrack account's administrator.
Sharing initiator needs to have a BUGtrack Professional Edition license. For other companies it is enough to subscribe for a Standard Edition. Only bugs belonging to the shared project will be accessible to other companies.

Procedure – Project Owner
- Select the Project you would like to share from the drop-down list and enter the partner company license number.
- Press the Submit button to save the setting or the Reset button to undo your changes.
- If you need to share the project with more than one other BUGtrack accounts, repeat the procedure for every participating company’s license.

- Click the project’s title in the Shared Projects list.
- Select the users (including yourself, if required) who you would like to work with the shared project.
- Press the Submit button to save your settings or the Reset button to cancel them.
