Use
BUGtrack offers Mass Mail feature with a simple and intuitive interface to send notification to BUGtrack users.

Procedure
You can use this functionality only for users in your BUGtrack user directory. In the Mass Mail form, select recipients from the users list. For faster processing, the following options are available:
- To quickly find users in a group, click the group’s link at the top of the page.
- To select all of your BUGtrack users, press the Select All button.
- To deselect all of the selected users, press the Deselect All button.
Enter the Subject and the Body of your message and press the Spell Check button to automatically check your spelling or the Send button to send out the message immediately.
