Procedure
Step one. Specify the selection criteria (similar to reports) and the sort order for the records you would like to export to Excel. Press the Next button to proceed or the Reset button to return to default filter values.
Step two. On the output specification page, choose HTML format and select required fields. Press the Next button to proceed.
Step three. BUGtrack will display the web-query you have requested. Select the text and copy it into the clipboard.
Step four. In Excel, with at least one sheet active, go to Data in the main menu, and then choose Import External Data and then New Web Query. Paste the query from the clipboard into the Address field and press the Go button.
Step five. In the preview window, check the table to be imported and press the Import button. To refresh the data imported to Excel, simply press the Refresh Data button on the External Data toolbar or go to Data and choose Refresh Data in the main menu.
