First-Time Login

After you register, our central system will establish a new BUGtrack account and notify you by email with a message containing brief instructions and a unique license setup URL for logging in for the first time. We recommend that you save this URL because it should be used every time you change computers, reinstall an operating system or delete cookies. The initial license setup URL stores encrypted license information in cookies. For all subsequent visit and logins, use this URL: https://www.bugtrack.net/secure/.

Initially, your BUGtrack system has only one pre-loaded user – ‘Administrator’ – without a password. For security reasons, it is strongly recommended that you change your login (user name) and create a password in the Preferences page during your first session.
